DELIVERY CHARGES: Additional charges may apply after normal business hours or on Saturday or Sunday. Delivery charge (in World Trade Center) required: $25.00 to $50.00. Delivery charge (in the Dallas Area) required: $75.00·
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
1. To guarantee equipment availability, this order should reach us 10 DAYS PRIOR to the requested delivery date.
2. If labor is required, or requested, for operation or installation, the prevailing hourly rate subjected to minimums established by the Venue Location will apply. CANCELLATIONS: If received with in 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date are subject to a fee of 50% of the equipment and tax. If received on the scheduled delivery date or "no shows· 100% of the total amount due including equipment,
tax and delivery charges will apply. Please read and sign below to indicate you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the Terms Of Agreement written above.
3. All lost or damaged items are subject to replacement fees.
